Hello, I’m Kim! A passionate and fully insured holistic practitioner dedicated to the art of ancient healing through Reiki and Reflexology.
My journey into holistic therapies began with a deep curiosity about alternative healing, and I quickly became fascinated by their ability to restore balance and well-being.
Before specialising in Reflexology, I trained in Holistic Massage, where I met a Reiki healer who introduced me to this incredible energy practice. I was instantly drawn to its profound yet gentle power, and my fascination with Reiki only grew from there.
Both Reiki & Reflexology hold a special place in my heart, whether I’m offering them to others or experiencing their magic myself. Their ability to bring clarity, relaxation, and alignment continues to inspire me every day.

During my sessions, I will help you find inner peace and connect with your true self to achieve spiritual growth. My approach is based on the belief that true healing comes from addressing the root causes of our physical, emotional, and spiritual imbalances.
My mobile practice offers a calming and relaxing experience right at your doorstep, eliminating the stress of travel. I take the time to understand each client’s needs and goals, ensuring a successful journey toward balance. All I ask is that you provide a warm and quiet space for the treatment.

Reflexology
Reflexology is an ancient therapy that was used by the early Chinese, Egyptians, and North American indigenous tribes for healing. However, it was not until the 19th century that the medical community, nursing, and complementary and alternative medicine practitioners began to explore it scientifically.
Reflexology involves the manipulation of energetic reflex points in the body, including the feet, hands, and ears. This manipulation causes a response to a stimulus without conscious thought. Reflexology sends energetic signals to the brain or the central nervous system, prompting the brain to send a current of healing energy to the organs or other parts of the body. These healing signals are transmitted through the meridians, which are passageways that guide the flow of energy, resulting in an energetic attunement and harmony within the body.

Currently, treatments are available exclusively for female clients.
Important To Note
- Please keep the following guidelines in mind:
Before Reiki & Reflexology:
- Please wear comfortable clothing.
- Try to avoid eating food or consuming caffeine at least 3 hours before the session.
- It's best to steer clear of alcohol 24 hours before the session.
After Reiki:
For the 3 days following a Reiki session:
- Avoid alcohol and limit caffeine intake.
- Ensure you drink enough water to stay well-hydrated.
- Opt for light, healthy meals rich in vegetables and fruit. Try to avoid consuming red meat.
After Reflexology:
Regardless of your immediate reaction, it's advisable to:
- Increase your fluid intake in the hours following the treatment.
- Get plenty of rest and avoid consuming spicy foods and stimulants such as tea, coffee, and alcohol if possible.
- Refrain from eating a heavy meal or engaging in strenuous exercise for at least an hour after treatment.
